The drinks are very healthy. In fact, someone told me that lemongrass can cleanse the body. I will try each one of these refreshing and healthy drinks.

This is beautiful. Very nice photo and recipes! The weather has just turned warm here on the east coast and I have started in on making some of my favorite summer drinks, homemade iced teas and infusions, bitter limeade and others. I just pulled out my bag of sacred basil seeds which as so fun in bubbly drinks. I have been pondering a series of summer drink posts for my food blog (taganskitchen.blogspot.com), and just noticed this post on yours. very nicely done! The strawberries and thyme remind me of a great dessert that Claudia Flemming made at Gramercy Tavern….yum! Your blog is gorgeous and an inspiration. Congratulations on all your success and your new book!

Ginger is one of my favorite ingredients in a cocktail or icy drink. I will be using that ginger simple syrup in a lot of other drinks. I will definitely try the Pineapple Ginger Agua Fresca. Thanks for the brilliant idea.
