It was my sister Angela that texted me first.
“Did you know you were a question on Jeopardy?” she wrote.
Soon after the facebook posts and messages started coming in. Mostly from the other side of the country from friends who were settled in for the night and enjoying some gameshow tv time.
“What the hell!?” I thought. There’s been a mistake. I don’t get it. It must be someone else, it could happen. So I waited for the Jeopardy broadcast here on the west coast and there it was.
Under the cookbook categories in all its glory.
Mr. Trebek pronounced it correctly. Hallelujah.
The answer…
And Drew got it! On A Stick! That’s why he is this week’s big winner, after all.
Oh life, you are really really funny that way.

I’m so glad you posted this! I was just getting out my cookbooks for my 12th night party, and remembered my darling had excitedly told me when I got home from work (it shows at 4PM and I miss it) that *you* were a Jeopardy question! Googled and this came right up. We know Lori, and it’s a pleasure to see family of friends attain such fame. The cookbook is a treasure, look forward to serving fun party foods.
