More Prop Goodness

I just came across this story in the latest issue of Donna Hay Magazine. It’s their first Black & White issue and this section details the mag staff’s efforts to create their own set of black and white props (black cinefoil as surface=brilliant). It’s gorgeous! Thought it’d be fun to share, but make sure to pick up your copy as it’s on newsstands now and OH THAT LIGHT! And I do spy a few Elephant Ceramics on that table.  Thanks to DH and her team for continually inspiring us!

So beautiful! I need to get myself a subscription to DH. Such an inspiration. I love the black soy sauce as an accent.

Wow. That is just a gorgeous display of dishes! I don’t know why I don’t subscribe to DH but I need to change that!

I don’t know why I haven’t done more prob building. It can’t be that much more expensive than buying things from the store for props. Black and white always have so many possibilities and I have to say that the folks at DH always seem to know what makes food look good :)
